Outsourced Operational Management, Coaching & Consulting Firm/Agency
A senior operations function, without the senior hire.
Every owner-run firm reaches the point where the running of things needs a person whose whole job it is. Bagnifizent is that person, on an outsourced basis.
We are based in the Mid Atlantic Region and work with clients in person and remotely throughout North America.
What an outsourced Director of Operations is for
A Director of Operations holds the machinery of a business: the schedule, the vendors, the systems, the records, the people processes, and the follow-through that decides whether things actually happen. Most owners are doing a version of that job on top of the job they should be doing.
We take it on deliberately. We start by looking at how the work runs now — where it stalls, which decisions keep landing back on your desk, and what is genuinely urgent versus merely loud. Then we write down what we will carry and in what order.
From there it becomes a rhythm: a standing check-in, the work moving, and reporting you can read in two minutes. When something difficult comes up — a staff matter, a bad month, a supplier going sideways — you are not starting from scratch, because the groundwork and the history are already in place.
We are based in the Mid Atlantic Region and work with clients in person and remotely throughout North America. Some of the relationship is on site and some of it is a call at the right moment; either way you are dealing with the same person throughout.

The standard
How we hold it
One partner, named
You deal with the firm, and with Brian, who is accountable for the work. No ticket queue, no rotating account manager, no handoff to someone you have never spoken to.
Written scope
What we take on is written down and agreed. You always know what sits with us and what sits with you, and scope can be re-drawn as the firm changes.
Current, not eventually
Records kept current, months closed on schedule, reporting that arrives when it is useful rather than when someone remembers.
Royal treatment
Courtesy, respect and personal attention are not a courtesy tier. They are the standard for every clientele, on every engagement.
